When will my order ship?
You will receive an email stating that your order has shipped- sometimes this will be the same day you placed your order- or it may be as many as 14 days from the time you place your order until it ships. Every order is printed by hand and packed by hand and those hands may be busy doing something else like grabbing a frontside air or lifting an ice cold beer.
What should I do if I haven't received my order within 2 weeks?
Go to the CONTACT page and send us an email. We try to get everything out in a timely manner but sometimes we run into an unexpected delay. Let us know and we will hunt down your package and get it out asap.
I got my shirts but the dvds and or posters are not there?
Don't panic! Our shirts are screen printed and shipped by our good friends at Steadfast Screen Printing in Lancaster, PA- Six Stair is located in Los Angeles. We ship dvds and most posters from LA and the shirts from PA. If you'd like to reach out and inquire about your order feel free to use the CONTACT page to hit us up.
What should I do if something is wrong with my order?
Again-- just send us an email. It rarely ever happens but sometimes we make mistakes. Let us know and we will sort you out right away.
What kind of shirts do you guys use?
Unless otherwise noted we print on American Apparel 100% cotton shirts. Sometimes they don't have a color we want so we will use Gilden Hammer 100% cotton shirts.
